Terms and Conditions

Welcome to NedChem Online Shopping. By accessing and placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the NedChem online store and the purchase of our industrial and hygienic cleaning detergents. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our fraud prevention team.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices for our products are listed on the website and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order using the available payment methods. We do not store any of your payment details. Free delivery threshhold : Orders 

over R500, or orders within a 30 km radius qualify for free shipping. Standard flat rate : R100 for orders below the minium spend.

Heavy or Bulk items : Additional weight-based surcharges may apply for large quantities of liquid detergents or industrial supplies.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are provided as estimates only and may vary. We are not responsible for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the products. Deliveries are restricted within South Africa`s borders ; 

remote farms or townships might require pickup at a nearest depot.

Dangerous goods : Certain flammable or highly corrosive chemical cleaners may face transport limitations or require specialized hazardous

goods couriers.

5. Returns & Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team, email orders@nedchem.co.za 

Return and refund policies may apply depending on the nature of the product and the reason for return.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

You may return an item within 2 days of receiving it if :

* The product is damaged or defective

* You received the wrong item

* Products must be unused and in the original packaging

* We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify u. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 working days.

Note : We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrectly selected items once used.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NedChem be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or the purchase of our products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the products in question.
